website not only provides information about our organization but also
highlights animals up for adoption. It also gives us a great venue to promote
upcoming events, make donations and register for events.
Organization Information
Mission: The
SPCA of Northern Nevada was established in 1998 as Reno first no-kill animal
shelter. We make a lifetime commitment to every animal that enters our
facility. Our mission is to eliminate the practice of euthanizing adoptable
pets, find homes for adoptable animals, and to educate the public regarding
animal issues and responsible pet ownership.
