Mission: The Parasol Community Collaboration is a non-profit member organization that empowers members and partners to meet community needs through collaboration. We function as both a collaborative hosting monthly meetings with over 60 member non-profits and as a Resource Center providing valuable capacity-building resources.

Volunteer Needs: Event planning (planning/set-up/clean-up for monthly Membership Meetings, Annual Retreats, Halloween Event, Annual Awards Ceremony); Marketing (designing and distributing flyers, marketing events, writing press releases); Technical support (website/Facebook management and enhancement); Education (Workshop/Training instructors, Retreat facilitators, Guest speakers for monthly meetings).

Comment: We are always in need of instructors for our seasonal Workshops and Trainings, guest speakers for our monthly Membership Meetings, and facilitators for our Membership, Management Team, and Board Retreats. A staff support grant to fund the Collaboration Coordinator AmeriCorps position, which supports and enhances PCC operations and programming.
