into a first-class community performance arts venue. Seating capacity for the Lear Theater will be
299, which is sorely needed for the arts community.

own a small parking lot adjacent to the Lear Theater. However, once open, we
will need additional parking beyond the available street parking. To assist our operations, we would like to
purchase the property adjacent to the Lear Theater and have secured interest
from the current owner to sell it to us at a reduced rate.
