and Facebook page. We are currently

Volunteer
Needs: Volunteers are needed year round for River,
Neighborhood and Open Space Cleanups, tree or flower plantings through our
Adopt-A-Park program, Adopt-A-Spot roadside litter pickup, the Litter Index in
the summer, Christmas Tree Recycling in the winter, and volunteers to assist
with the implementation of Phone Book Recycling and our educational Paper
Making Workshops and Waste Warriors programs.
We also welcome community volunteers on our Advancement,
Program or Board Development Committees that meet bi-monthly or once-a-quarter.

the spring Great Truckee Meadows Community Cleanup and fall Truckee River
Cleanup Day engage over 500 volunteers annually. There are also smaller community-focused
cleanup and team building opportunities for families or, business, and civic
groups throughout the year.

Professionals (22-39), Seniors (age 65+)
