Organization Information
Mission: Artown,
recipient of several National Endowment for the Arts grant awards, brings the
arts to Reno each July with a packed calendar of events. Artown features more than 400 events, from
over 100 presenters designed to inspire, and yes, to impress the 350,000 people
that experience our festival annually.

Needs: Be a part of your favorite festival by volunteering
for Artown. Most volunteer activities take place at Wingfield Park and Robert
Z. Hawkins Amphitheater during July and include a variety of tasks such as
taking tickets, providing festival information, helping with seating, aiding
performers and more. With more than 300,000 expected to attend this year’s
event, volunteers are a crucial aspect to the non-profit festival’s
success. Administrative volunteer opportunities are also available throughout
