Through the KOLOCares program, non-profit organizations and their special events will be featured on KOLO’s Community Calendar, highlighted through special spotlights, promoted through television production, and enlist an anchor as an emcee. The goal is to host the community’s charitable events calendar and provide resources to organizations which enhance the quality of life in our community.
The vision is simple…help each local organization by providing opportunities to express their missions and promote their events. The intent of the “never say no” policy is to provide organizations with the media resources they need to create greater awareness and raise funds. Non-profit organizations of all sizes can now utilize KOLO Cares to promote their special events and fundraising campaigns.
