Small businesses pool together to make significant contributions in northern Nevada!
NPcatalyst has designed an innovative charitable giving fund offering small businesses the ability to make significant charitable impact. It’s a corporate giving fund designed for new and small businesses, particularly those with annual revenues of $500,000 and less to, collectively, make an outstanding difference within the local, northern Nevada community.
In talking to many small business leaders, we have found that the vast majority wish they could make donations to charities and, by doing so, serve as strong stewards of the community. However, taking the time away from their duties to find the right organizations to support, or the money to contribute, or the attention required to review the many solicitation requests they receive can be a burden and, quite frankly, an after-thought. As they’ve shared, their focus is predominantly on managing and growing their businesses.
By creating the Community Catalyst Charitable Fund, we now provide an opportunity for small businesses to become outstanding community supporters at a fraction of the time and cost. It removes any burden and stress and replaces it with a forward-thinking and properly executed system.
Here’s how it works:
NPcatalyst manages the Charitable Fund, which includes identifying specific needs and organizations, interacting with non-profit organizations, managing communications amongst the giving circle’s members, tracking donations, leveraging contributions through the media, and measuring giving effectiveness. All contributed funds go to the Community Catalyst Charitable Fund, administered by the Community Foundation of Western Nevada. Accordingly, all contributions are received as 100% tax-deductible gifts.
